Spellbook of Dark Bargain

Can a developer confirm that it is possible for the spellbook of Dark Bargain to be found in the CoD (Church of Damnation)?
This was teased as a new spell (level 7 necro spell) in a recent update. However, even players who run CoD all day are reporting that they are not finding it.
