I’m disappointed that I put in a support ticket and have not heard a response for weeks. I would at least expect to receive confirmation that it has been received and then maybe be able to login and see the status of my ticket. Instead I have no way to see it and haven’t heard anything.
I retract my statement. Email responses were in junk mail. I’m an idiot.

Was gonna say, Starrie is always on her A-game regarding those tickets.
