Thief Trinket to dual wield throwers

Since the FP gets no prestige love, I think it would be cool to have a trinket that allows them to dual wield throwers. Maybe the trinket also degrades the quality of the FP's slightly too, making dual wield more powerful than current single wield but not OP. This would also open up the ability for the thief to hit more than 1 NPC at a time in fight.

A full group of throwers doesn't need any more love than it already has. There is a reason why throwing dagger gets no prestige skill.
