With the player base successfully stimulated, I would ask if mods would start enforcing the channel purposes for 4 (Game Help) and 5 (Trading). Channel 4 gets really spammy during prime time - not to mention salty, but that's not what this is about.

I agree. With further growth the separation needs to be made and make room for new player base to ask questions freely without being flooded by sell/buy offers not related to what they do with bounties ;p.

There's a couple things that could be looked at with channels. Might be time to make the default login channel be 1 again for general chat. People can (and surely will) still ask questions there for help. Currently I don't think we have enough of a player base to really have much need for both general chat and a dedicated help channel. Don't really need the old system of Guides on 4 to help, since the players are paying more attention and will answer anyway. Would be nice to move the sales and auctions to their own home though.
How about making the default log on ch5 with a notice that it is the trade ch, then if people are not happy with the fast scrolling they can switch to ch4, just a thought.
