Suggestion: Lesson the win/lose RNG outcomes of the procs. Example: Replace the Punisher's weapon proc of fear with single target stun. The former can easily wipe a group, the latter could but most likely can be worked around.
Suggestion: Remove the alignment punish on the melee weapons. They hit hard enough and eating souls is just extra clicks.
Suggestion: Remove things like expert padding from TT. Player opinion is that F2P dungeons (DP, HC) yield better ROI than ToD.
A few changes recently to promote paid accounts (more HZ XP, no heroic keys) but this dungeon seems to be the basement step child. Why not give it a little look over? Maybe the idea is not to pay wall things… but they already are (Cleave, Shield Bash).
