Could we make the Expert Bandanna better than the Proficient Bandanna?
It is a bit crazy that the Proficient one has +attack but the Expert one does not. Why would you want to downgrade?

It does have the +1 attack, just not shown on the description. I linked this on discord the day level 500 items were added.
