Activating Old Accounts

I found my old account Login and PW (from 2011) and would like to know how I could go about re-activating the account. I do have a level 973 character on it that I would like to play. Is this possible? Also, the character is on Despothes? Can he be transferred to Finvarra? Thanks for any info you provide. Hope to see you there..

Yes you can play your character on Despothes Grove still, all players started fresh on the Fin Fortress server.
