Is it possible to get account recovery from the original beta game and early subscription service? I'm talking back when they mailed you a CD Rom to install this game! I might know what email I hade back in 96/97 but can't be certain. I think Sierra was still in charge back then.

Long before RatLabs came along there was a purge of accounts from the early days so I'm guessing an account from that time period is unfortunately gone, feel free to try though. The accounts that are able to be recovered are playable on the Legacy Server only.
The majority of players currently play on the Finvarra's Fortress and Elphame's Arena servers, which everyone started out fresh when those servers went onilne.
