Can't log in

I have just created an account, and I can't get logged in on the launcher. It keeps telling me something is incorrect, but when I check my saved passwords I'm typing the same information that I have saved.

Here is a list of all your game accounts where you can reset your password or view your house/strongbox password which if you haven't changed, is the account password. If you haven't yet created a game account (not the web account used to sign into the website) you can also do so there.
