cant load game

i re downloaded the game and cannot load it due to "missing" file, i downloaded the file and still no change…i then uninstalled and fully deleted the file folders off my computer and reinstalled with no change…is there a step that i missed?

What file did it say you were missing? What operating system are you using? Windows 10?

it is saying MSVCP140.dll is missing. im on windows 7…just re downloaded the game onto this computer.
