crafting trbls -- mebbe?

have been told the only way to do anything with un usable silver armor was basically deconstruct it. that's fine but where do ya get the armorcrafti9ng hammers these days and how do u deconstruct at all?

The Supply Store East sells them located from Wen Teleport, 5 South, 6 Right. Enter the cave, go 1 South, 1 Left to the shopkeeper.
You can buy a Salvage Tool (1 use) for about 15k Gold, or a Multi Salvage Tool (25 uses) for about 375k.

To break down the Armor - click on the Salvage Tool, select Use, then click on the item you wish to Salvage in your inventory.
