Expert Armor drop locations

I see on the wiki, that the location is blank/empty, etc. Does that just mean it's usually found in the same location as the Familiar/Proficient types of the same armor? Thanks! and sorry if this is a dumb noob question I've only been back for a week-ish now. haha

no expert gear is craft only
