with the gendered RoPs does it take place of one ring currently running or can I still run 2 rings + RoP ? like can I run RoE x2 and RoP or am I limited to RoE and RoP?

RoP takes the place of your robe or skirt so you can still wear two rings and a a RoP. Only thing you cant do is wear a RoP and a robe/skirt.

How does a player-enchanted Ring of Power differ from a player-enchanted Copper Ring? Is it just that it occupies a third finger?

I would like to know what benefits there are to using this ring over just using a skirt/robe? I understand the ring can be enchanted but so can the skirt/robe.

The purpose of the Male/Female Ring of Power is to allow players who would rather not wear Robes/Skirts be able to have the enchants that are typically used on Robes/Skirts. The Ring of Power simply replaces the Robe/Skirt slot if used.

There are no bonus stats on the ring.
