How to get a cursed ring off

I managed to get a Ring of Weakness on my toon and now I can't get it off. I'm a complete noob so some help is needed.

You need 'remove curse' (thaum spell) cast on you. If you don't have it, try asking on gossip and I'm sure someone will do it.
