Limit to number of accounts?

I know over on the MW/RL server that there is a limit of 2 accounts per person. Are there any plans for similar limits on the new server?

So if I'm reading that correctly, you can have as many accounts as you want. However on the free version (with the inability to prestige) it would be silly to run more than one, however you still could run multiple free accounts if you, say, wanted a couple more than 4 characters?
