I was just able to link an old account to my current account after tracking down my old toon names. However when I log into my new account it is not showing my old toons. Is there a way to play as them? I tried to log onto my old account also after linking and it says I need to pay for that account also. Was just hoping to play with my old toons versus starting over. Thoughts?
You do have to pay for access to Legacy server. Your old toons should be there unless someone deleted them.
Yeah, I paid for the new account on Legacy not knowing there was a way to track down my old account. So now I have a new account I can log on with but an old account I cannot. Was hoping to be able to just transfer my old toons to my new account.
Ahhh, no transfer options, it was discussed before, happened to me to…I ended up paying for 3 accts.

I have an old account that I cannot link, says I have the wrong password but I know for a fact that I don't and I had a problem activating this account before about a year or so ago where it kept declining my card even though it had money on it and the information was correct. I wrote to CS and spoke to SW but I'm not sure if either has had the chance to read any of my updated messages. Has this been an issue for anyone else?

I had my old account with NG up until they stopped billing me and this new ownership started, I'd be interested in playing again if I could play with that same account. I have already sent an e-mail and I'm waiting for a reply, my toons were Murcielago, Murciel, Murc and Ulquiorra, thanks!
