Multiple Accounts

I just want to clear some things up on multiple accounts:

One citizen account will allow us to play only one game account right? It will not allow us to play two game accounts like MW?

Every player has access to one citizen account? Each additional account will have to be upgraded to noble?

So if I want to play three characters: Can I have one citizen account and two noble accounts?

You can make as many citizen accounts as you want. You can upgrade as many of those as you want to noble accounts.

If you want to play 3 toons, your 3 accounts can be citizen or noble, doesn't matter. But the ones on citizen accounts won't get the perks (hot spot XP, heroic dungeons, etc).

So are they reducing us to 1 toon per account then, or do we still get 4 per account?
