New realm install on Windows 10 64 Bit

Will reinstall Win10 on my computer tomorrow and download realm. I heard on this server exists a realm client with integrated speed files. Does that work on Win 10 64bit and if so what is the download link? Also how do I operate the speed files then? Thanks.

The game download from the website has the update to control animation speed. You can increase speed by using F12 or decrease it by using F11.
