Depends if you will be soloing or multiboxing, if soloing it is legit. If you are multiboxing ASGW or AIEW is the way to go. Be aware the most people multibox now days, so if you are looking to solo end game content or find parties you may have some issues.

Str/Dex hybrids are great solo chars, as mentioned. I personally don't really think min/maxing is necessary to be able to run end game caves. Will an ASGW have better DPS in the end? Of course. But a 19/12 hybrid like this will still hit pretty good, and with dex changes increasing critical strike, the gap between the chars isn't as massive as it used to be.

Go with what you enjoy playing, and what you like. Don't worry about having the "best" pure char. This char will be able to hold it's own just fine in end game, there's no need to be a purist.

One thing to note, your numbers don't add up, as an Orc's base stat for ADV would be: 11/10/8/11. So with +8 points to allocate, if you wanted to get to 19 Str, you'd be 19/10/8/11.

8 Int isn't enough to do any real damage, or hit with Myst with any consistency. So if you wanted a Str/Dex hybrid, I'd strongly suggest avoiding the wasted stats in Int, and going Orc Warrior. Which you could hit 19/12 with.

Orc Warr base is 13/11/4/12. So 19/12/4/13 is possible. You could also do all str with this char, and get 21/11/4/12. That would be a pretty nice sword/board tank with enough Dex and End to take a punch (or dodge that punch), and enough Str to pack one. And if you go Longsword, you can get SoT, which provides Thaum boost, so you could still manage to heal yourself a bit with GM Med, GM Thaum, and an SoT.
