If it were me, I'd expand this shop as much as I could, it is the cash cow of the game. People spend more money on these type of game shop than subscriptions could ever bring in. I have seen it on multiple games and it makes good business sense to capitalize on it. they feed the game with CS items ( cash shop) that not all players will buy but will purchase from players for in game gold. Like any other items in game they will self balance in the economy based on supply/demand. Most use a rotation on rarer CS items or limited time sales ect. Also put a limited amount to be sold to regulate influx into game either by limit per account or limit available.
