Hi, I am trying to login to the game for the first time but it will not go past "verifying name and password" when I try to login. I tried restarting the client and nothing works.
Any ideas? I'm looking forward to playing again after a long time away and this is very frustrating!

Hello, RealmAgain! Hopefully you have resolved your issue by now. I am not an expert but I can throw some ideas around for you to try. The first thing is to make sure you are running the launcher as administrator. My first thought when any program is stuck at verifying is that it might be blocked by firewall or anti-virus. Make sure the launcher and game itself is added to your exceptions. You could try launching the game from the game folder > Finvarra's Fortress > sciw.exe directly. Also make sure this file is added to your firewall/antivirus exceptions. Good luck!
