Unable to Log In after the Update

Cannot log my characters into the game. Running client brings me to the Character screen.. but the characters do not enter the game.. just sit there in the character screen.

Did this –> If you're having trouble running the client, you may need to install the VC redistributable from Microsoft here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe –» Opens/updates and restarts the computer.. but no good..

Try clicking the Play button below the character. Looks like the other Play button is broken (clicking on the character and then selecting Play). We'll get it fixed up.
