Weighted Aegis - Where does it drop?

Hiya.. I am looking for a weighted Aegis.. The Wiki says it drops in Avalon. I have been hunting Avalon Heights for hours with no luck. Anyone have any other locations for me to consider?

it has a chance to drop in The Underground (cave - Avalon: 1 down, then 6 right)
