Where to level as a new ASGW?

Hi, I just returned to the game after many years and I am trying to figure out where to level as a new ASGW? Any help would be appreciated ^_^

welcome back - key is to get yourself a five adm weapon and then the rest is easy. Check on 3, there are tons of folks willing to help.

around EL should get you going to lvl 20.
