Worth coming back?

Its been over a decade since I played last is this a good time to come back is there any new updates planned and if so what?

IF they brought back Wrath , EA, Glowies, Fleshies I am totally coming back

I'm not sure about fleshies, but all the rest of those, as well as so much more new stuff, is in the current game. It's worth coming back, imo. Start free, got nothing to lose but some time if you don't like it in the end that way.
