Game won't load

I'm a new player, just downloaded the client and installed it. When trying to launch the game, I get an "Error: DLG_NAMEHEALTH.SKN located in \skins\default is out of date. Please obtain the latest version of this skin file."

Then a green loading screen flashes up in a small box with The Realm Online and Norsemen Games logo. This green box just flashes, and nothing else happens. The game never loads up.
