Thanks to everyone's posts on here and discord, here is an example that I think we've cracked for the letter f, depending on what position in the row it shows up. In this case position 1 = t, then it is just reverse alphabetical including counting spaces. This pattern seems to hold true for the other letters, although my chart is not set up to easily find the pattern within the columns.

That's all I've got so far, but I hope it helps get us past the Watcher Elder.
I can't make the cracker table behave in the forum post, so I'll try to describe it. Column 1 looks like this: A=j, B=c, C=z, D=a, E=y, F=t, G=e, H=s, I=w, J=i, K=p, L=f, M=m, N=r, O=o, P=b, Q=h, R=u, S=n, T=v, U=d, V=g, W=l, X=x, Y=k, Z=q. Each subsequent column is one letter higher up the alphabet (Thanks Hurley for cracking that nut!). For examples, A in column 2 would be I and in column 3, A would be H; P in column 4 would yield a Y.
Thanks to the good folks on the Discord who were a great team on this code. By the way, I still don't know what to say to the Watcher Elder.
